From coordinating the arrival, set up and breakdown of vendors, deciding what’s getting shot when, juggling multiple models and making sure you don’t a single little detail, styled shoots can be just as time-consuming (if not more time-consuming) as a real wedding.

I use this styled shoot timeline example as a guide when helping clients plan their styled shoots. Depending on what vendors you will be incorporating and the level of details you will be shooting, tweak this guideline as you see fit to ensure you have a plan to tackle your next styled shoot. Send it out to your vendor team before hand so everyone can be on the same page and have a couple copies handy at the shoot in case there are any questions.
